Weekly Menu (February 9, 2020)

Here are some great recipes for the week!  These are all simple and quick, perfect for the weekdays. If you have missed the previous menu, you can find them here.  I will always have the new weekly menu posted on Sunday so you can plan your meals for the upcoming week.

Monday – Cajun Chicken Pasta

Sub the regular pasta with lentil, chickpea, or whole wheat pasta.  Also, sub the heavy cream with whole milk.

Tuesday – Fire Roasted Tomato Soup

Wednesday –Pinto Bean and Swiss Chard Burrito

Thursday – Chicken Sausage, Spinach, Cauliflower Rice

Friday – Honey Garlic Butter Salmon
